The most efficient way to delete your account is within the NuYu app.

Step 1. Simply open your account settings by pressing the account icon in the top left of the app.

Step 2. Select Delete Account.

All your date will be removed from the app and out servers within seconds.

If you have any issues with this and have registered a recovery email address the complete the form below, and our customer services team will contact you directly within 24 hours to confirm your account deletion request.

Upon successful completion of a security check we will delete all the details we hold within 24 hours.
